Penicillin-Streptomycin

Penicillin-Streptomycin is used to supplement cell culture media to control bacterial contamination. It is recommended for use in cell culture applications at 10 mL/L.
Penicillin streptomycin solution has been used as a supplement in different types of media, including RGC (retinal ganglion cells) culture,[1] α-MEM (minimum essential medium) growth medium,[7] Dulbecco′s modified Eagle′s medium (DMEM)/nutrient mixture F-12 Ham,[2] DMEM[4] and DMEM/F-12 + GlutaMax.[5]
