Job Description

  • You will responsible for sales and promotional activities for ZEISS Ophthalmology product portfolio.
  • You will need to hire, onboard, train, and coach individual team members on various skills, such as communication, tools & processes, and pitching skills to become top performers, including day-to-day supervision and guidance in the field.
  • You will need to ensure all team members are continuously on track to hit their target by monitoring their individual performance against business goals and metrics.
  • You will ensure the personal development of your team by conducting needed training for your team improvement
  • You will need to foster a culture of teamwork, knowledge, and ambition within your team
  • You will need to get your hands dirty. You will manage and support sales team in negotiation with customers & in sales activities, handling tender documentations, conduct regular visits to existing & prospective customers independently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand product specification, features, and get application skill or training skill for CT Scan, CR, DR, FFDM (Full Field Digital Mammography) and Medical IT (Workstation etc.)
  • Perform setting, demonstration and user training for customer
  • Perform application training for other application specialist or marketing staff
  • Create & revise training materials, and Provide application training
  • Make an annual training plan, and coordinate training.
  • Support marketing activities for enhancing sale seminar, market research and customer visit
  • Discuss with customer for providing solution, and communicate with proper persons for finding out solutions
  • Make effort to have good communication with staff in countries
  • Make effort to enhance customers satisfaction and presence of company
  • Inform progress, make report and get consultation to or from superior
  • Follow Code of Conduct
  • Cooperate other jobs in accordance with situation, and try to enhance own responsibilities.


  • Male/Female, age 21-32 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Radiographer, Nuclear Technology/Nuclear Engineering, Medical Physic
  • Able to traveling to up countries/cities
  • Good English Communication skills
  • Preferable Skill/Experience at least 1-2 years’ experience as Radiographer or Application Specialist field
  • Having SIM A & C

  5. Mencari new customers secara aktif di area coverage nya.
  6. Memberi  informasi competitors secara regular ke supervisor/manager dan product specialists
  7. Aktif mengikuti program marketing dan promo yang disediakan PM/PS
  8. Membuat Penawaran untuk Customer dan PO.
  9. Mereview Product dan customer lama.
