The Flow VIT solution is a highly specific and automated detection system that enables fast and reliable quality control testing for Alicyclobacilli. It allows you to detect beverage spoilers faster and with less effort than classical culture methods, while at the same time avoiding false-positive results. Flow VIT Alicyclobacillus detects all members of the genus Alicyclobacillus and, in parallel, specifically detects the dreaded species Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris.
